Shipment

The products are dispatched by reliable courier service or regular transport for domestic sale and will be completed within a week.

 For export sales on receiving the confirmed order the shipment is through regular shipping agency. It is our endeavor to shipment the confirmed order within 30 days.


However, there can be an instance when a customer places an order of an expensive item or an order of large quantity or special unique products like Bronze icons, big wood carving, Brass products etc.,


which may take some time to manufacture and this can present delay to the shipment of your order. In such situation you will be informed immediately the expected time frame regarding shipment of your order by phone or e-mail.

There is no Refund/Return policy on items supplied through the website. The payment is collected only for Handicrafts items supplied through website orders.

 


Please note that the Packing Charges, Handling Charges, Insurance Charges and forwarding Charges up to local Sea/Air port will be collected. The Custom duties, levy and freight charges to be paid by the Customer at their Destination .

Cancellations

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
  • There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
  • No cancellations are entertained for those products that the HDCK Ltd marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, Valentine s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
